anything just to get rid of them. Understandably so….I mean who
wouldn’t want to have a perfect lean body and perfect figure
which seem to be the standard of every man and woman
now.
Whether you are here because you are

some lean muscle in return. Whatever is your reason, there

I know what you may be thinking. "What

Just a brief introduction about myself
and why I am here to give you valuable and quality information
that you can trust. Time for some "muscle growth
stories"
My name is John Decker. Just to tell you
a little about myself. I use to be a skinny little guy in
school. Freckled face and with braces. Sounds familiar? Well I
guess you know the rest of the story. I was bullied, called
nicknames and laughed at by the girls in school. I was totally
ashamed of my looks. I avoid crowds, staying at home most of
the time. It wasn’t till I started college that I realised that
I can do something about my looks. I started
bodybuilding!
I must say that it wasn’t easy at all.
As a beginner, the hype that I saw on TV commercials and
magazines made me believe that weight and muscle gaining is no
big deal. Simply buy and take these supplements and vitamins Or
simply workout 5 mins a day and you would expect to see the
desired body soon. All SCAMS.
Just like me back in those days, many
people who are just starting out are confused when it comes to
getting in shape. People just do not know where to start, what
to do or who to believe. They tried one product after another
only to be discouraged at the end when no results are
seen.
Well, I’ve been there and that’s the
reason I’m starting this website to help you get started. What
I will be doing is to point out some of the myths and mistakes
that beginners tend to fall victims. In doing so, I hope that
you would get a head start above others who blindly hop into a
gym after seeing some 6 packs abs men in a portrait. Of course
I would also include couple of valuable, highly

books that I have personally read and
tried that would guide you through.
The principles behind bodybuilding or
muscle gaining are very simple. It’s the work and determination
to stay till the end that make it a daunting task to many. But
no action, no gain so if you want those muscles desperate
enough, get prepared for a tough workout ahead. You’ll be glad
because at the end of it, you could expect to be rewarded
handsomely i.e a ideal weight, no fat, well tone perfect body
which is going to draw much admiration from many.
